Completed reviews
When all required reviews are completed you will find the manuscript in the folder “Submission with required reviews complete” and you will be required to submit your recommendation and decision, which will be submitted to the Author. You can make a decision at any time (e.g. one review is complete and you don’t want to wait for the second reviewer, who is late).
